Thanks to Foss Marai's long-standing commitment to reviving forgotten vines and the use of innovative cultivation methods, this Brut is created that combines the tradition of Prosecco with modern accents. The careful cultivation and careful selection of the grapes make it possible to preserve the unique aromas of the grape varieties in their best form.
The grapes are hand-picked with the utmost care to preserve their freshness and aromas. After pressing, fermentation takes place according to the Metodo Martinotti (Charmat method), in which the second fermentation is carried out in a controlled manner in stainless steel tanks. This method ensures a fine, long-lasting perlage and preserves the fruity and floral aromas of the grapes. The combination of traditional techniques and modern cultivation methods creates a harmonious, elegant spumante of the highest quality.

Since 1986, Carlo Biasiotto and his family have been the heart of Foss Marai, a symbol of quality Prosecco.
