With a rosy color and ruby-red pomegranate highlights, this sparkling wine offers a vibrant bouquet of berries, dominated by blueberries and carnelian cherries. On the palate, it is initially round and warm, then fragrant and refreshing. Excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to food.

Details.

The grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of September to preserve their quality. After pressing, the must is immediately separated from the pomace to prevent unwanted color and tannin transfer. Fermentation takes place at 17°C using special yeasts from Foss Marai. The 30- to 40-day maceration process occurs in autoclaves, during which selected yeasts are added to give the product its unique character.

Grape varieties: Bombino Nero. Cabernet Sauvignon. Montepulciano. Sagrantino. Sangiovese.
