This natural Extra Brut impresses with its finesse and elegance , evident in every bottle.

TILIO is made from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes and a variable amount of Bombino Bianco , a noble grape variety. This blend gives the wine its distinctive aromas and structure . The key to this elegant cuvée is the slow fermentation with a special Foss Marai yeast , developed exclusively for TILIO to impart subtle finesse and complexity . The absence of added sugar (zero dosage) allows the natural freshness and purity of the grapes to shine through perfectly.

TILIO is produced using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grapes' aromas and create a fine perlage. Thanks to Foss Marai's long-standing experience and continuous pursuit of innovation, TILIO achieves its exceptional aromatics and delicate structure. The absence of added sugar enhances the wine's freshness and ensures a clearer, purer taste experience. TILIO is a naturally and expertly crafted sparkling wine that impresses not only with its delicate bubbles but also with its unique fruitiness and finesse.

Since 1986, Carlo Biasiotto and his family have been the heart of Foss Marai, a symbol of quality Prosecco.
