Il Settolo Col Fondo 2023 is a vibrant, naturally produced sparkling wine from the Colli Trevigiani in Italy, distinguished by its minimalist production and bottle-fermented perlage. It is made without filtration and with minimal intervention – a true natural wine that brings the personality of the terroir and the grapes directly to the glass.

The second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle (Pétillant Naturel), resulting in a fine, natural carbonation that gives the wine its lively freshness. Characteristic aromas include citrus, wildflower honey, fresh bread, and yeasty notes, which together create a complex yet approachable flavor profile.

Il Settolo is unfiltered and, with its purist, slightly cloudy appearance, invites discovery – a wine that respects the craftsmanship in the cellar and celebrates the authentic essence of the grapes.
