Il Settolo Col Fondo 2024 is a vibrant, naturally produced sparkling wine from the Colli Trevigiani in Italy, captivating with its minimalist production and bottle-fermented perlage. It is made without filtration and with as little intervention as possible – a true natural wine that brings the personality of the terroir and the grapes directly into the glass.

The second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle (Pétillant Naturel), developing a fine, natural effervescence that gives the wine its lively freshness. Characteristic aromas of citrus, wild floral honey, fresh bread, and yeast notes combine to create a complex yet approachable flavor profile.
