Foss Marai Dolce Reale is an exceptional Moscato Spumante (dessert wine) with an innovative, contemporary taste. It is created from a blend of native Moscato grapes grown and processed by Foss Marai to produce the purest Spumante at every stage of the process.
The grapes are harvested in the best locations and gently pressed under controlled conditions. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks using the Metodo Martinotti (Charmat method), which highlights the natural aromas and preserves the fine, elegant perlage. Through the targeted use of gentle vinification, the typical Moscato sweetness remains perfectly balanced and ensures a harmonious, light mouthfeel.
