The MARAI de MARAI Ultrabrut is an exceptional Sparkling wine, reinterpreted in 2023 based on an old recipe from Grandfather Gìo of Foss Marai. This fine sparkling wine presents itself in a light straw yellow with crystal-clear purity and a fine, persistent perlage that gives it a special elegance.

With its complex aromas and the delicate harmony between fresh citrus fruits and subtle floral notes , the Ultrabrut is the perfect aperitif. The absence of residual sugar and the careful blend of indigenous grape varieties allow the purity of the grapes to shine through, resulting in an intense, elegant, and refreshing taste experience.

MARAI de MARAI Ultrabrut is produced from a carefully blended cuvée of indigenous grape varieties grown in the finest vineyards of Alto Trevigiano. The grapes are hand-harvested and inoculated with the exclusive "Sant'Antonio" yeast, which imparts a special finesse to the wine. After gentle pressing and fermentation, a second fermentation takes place using the Charmat-Martinotti method, which ensures a fine perlage and preserves the fresh aromas. This sparkling wine contains no added sugar and offers a pure, clear, and harmonious taste that perfectly reflects the original recipe while presenting a modern interpretation.
